What is a Widget?

A Widget is a Chart, Table or custom HTML that you create from your API data. Each Widget can be embedded into your website.

What are the domain limitations?

Each plan comes with a different number of domains. The Premium Plan for example, has 10 Widgets & 3 Domains. This means you can add a total of 10 Widgets onto a total of 3 websites. So you could have all 10 Widgets on 1 website or you could have 3 websites that each have 3 Widgets as an example.

What is the refresh time?

When you create a Widget, you can set how often the API data should be refreshed within that Widget. The Basic Plan for example, can have a maximum refresh time of 4 hours, meaning that the API data in the Widget would be refreshed every 4 hours.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade to and from any plan as you need. This is all available to do within your Account settings once you are logged in.

Does the Free Plan have limitations?

Yes, the Free Plan is limited to 1 Widget and the Widget has a "Built with API Widgets" attribution link, it has limited refresh times and limited customization options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe as our payments processor and accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

What currency are the prices in?

All of our pricing is in USD.

Can I cancel a subscription?

All of our plans are on a monthly basis and you can cancel anytime from within your Account settings.
